浇注料是一种由耐火物料加入一定量结合剂制成的粒状和粉状材料。具有较高流动性，适用于以浇注方式成型的不定形耐火材料。同其他不定形耐火材料相比，结合剂和水分含量较高，故流动性较好。它们的应用范围较广，可根据使用条件对所用材质和结合剂加以选择。既可直接浇注成衬体使用，又可用浇注或震实方法制成预制块使用。水泥水泥，粉状水硬性无机胶凝材料。加水搅拌后成浆体，能在空气中硬化或者在水中更好的硬化，并能把砂、石等材料牢固地胶结在一起。水泥是重要的建筑材料，用水泥制成的砂浆或混凝土，坚固耐久，广泛应用于土木建筑、水利、国防等工程。在水泥厂里，浇注料的使用非常广泛，预热器里，窑尾，三次风管里，篦冷机里，等等，都要使用，根据工况条件不同，使用的型号类型也不同，有高铝抗碱的，有抗结皮的，有耐磨的，还有喷煤管专用的，很多种。

浇注料是目前生产与使用最为广泛的一种不定型耐火材料，主要用于构筑各种加热炉内衬的整体构筑物。某些优质品种也可用于冶炼炉。如铝酸盐水泥浇注料可广泛用于各种加热炉和其他无渣、无酸碱侵蚀的热工设备中。在受铁水、钢水和熔渣侵蚀而工作温度又较高的部位，如出钢槽=盛钢桶和高炉炉身、出铁沟等，可使用由低钙和纯净的高铝水泥结合的由含氧化铝较高而烧结良好的优质粒状和粉状料治成的浇注料。再如磷酸盐浇注料即可广泛用于加热炉和加热金属的均匀炉，也可用于炼焦炉，水泥窑中直接同物料接触的部位。在同熔渣和熔融金属直接接触的冶金炉和其他容器中的一些部位，使用优质磷酸盐浇注料进行修补也有较好的效果。在一些工作温度不是很高的而需要耐磨性较高的部位，使用磷酸盐浇注料较为合适，若选用刚玉质耐火材料治成的浇注料，在还原气分的使用一般皆有较好的效果。
